Assembling a report from many contributors
Merging shines when a document arrives in pieces: a cover letter from one person, a spreadsheet exported to PDF by another, and a signed appendix scanned separately. Add them all, drag the thumbnails until the running order reads the way a reviewer expects, and export once. Because pages are copied across rather than re-encoded, charts and photos stay exactly as sharp as in the originals. A good habit is to name each source file clearly before uploading, so the thumbnails are easy to tell apart while you set the sequence and you are not guessing which block is which.
